HO S2 Water Ski

Introducing for 2012, the all new HO S2 Water Ski. Designed for the fast, low drag ride that skiers love, the HO S2 has a quicker turn shape than the A2 but still maintains the stability Syndicate skis are known for. The New Step Concave technology and the new Low Taper Shape creates a great combination for speed. This new Concave technology introduces micro steps running down the concave surface on the bottom of the ski, which free water molecules that adhere to the surface of a traditional ski, giving the HO S2 low drag, which creates the fast ride skiers want. The second ingredient is the new Low Taper shape. The HO S2 has a Low Taper shape that narrows at a much slower rate which increases the amount of surface area in the back half of the ski, where traditional skis have a large amount of taper from the wide point of the ski towards a narrow tail.. As a result when a skier makes an aggressive turn and a traditional ski stops, it looses its forward momentum, and will get stuck ‘in a hole” where as with the HO S2, before accelerating, has the surface area to support aggressive turn and keep driving the ski forward for instant acceleration.
